A Walk In The Snow

Today was a fun day to play in the snow, that is if you are five years old and wrapped up like Ralphie. My daughter Mallori, the aforementioned five year old was itching to go outside and make snow angels and play. I used this opportunity to get her to go for a walk with me. She happily agreed. I already had my camera and tripod together so off we went. It was cold, snowy and awesome.

After receiving some inspiration from a friend, I took to the fields around my home on Saturday to photograph a few structures. It was windy and snowy, but I had fun.

Appreciation

So, I've never been a person that accepts compliments very well. Let me give the back story before I get started. For Christmas last year, I framed and mounted several of my prints to give to my family and in laws. To me, it's cool to be able to share my experiences through photographs. The response to them has been overwhelmingly positive. It makes me smile inside to know that something that I do brings joy to others.
